Ibrahima Diallo, fondateur de All New York Fun Tours, est né à Dakar, la capitale du Sénégal. Il vit à New York depuis 2003. Avant d'être New-Yorkais et résident, il a été touriste en 2000 et 2001. Il a malheureusement été témoin des événements tragiques du 11 septembre 2001. La vie à New York n'allait jamais être la même, il pensa et ne revint pas en 2002. Alors que beaucoup de choses lui traversaient l'esprit, des questions et des réponses telles que: pourquoi est-ce arrivé, est-ce que New York City va jamais s'en sortir, devrais-je abandonner? sur mes rêves etc ...? Quand il revint comme beaucoup, il commença à travailler dans de petites boutiques et arriva au poste de manager, mais au fond il sentait qu'il manquait quelque chose et les gens qu'il rencontrait ne voyaient pas la ville comme elle méritait d'être admirée. En 2007, il est devenu agent de billetterie pour l'une des 3 agences de voyages avec bus à deux étages de l'époque. Seulement 3 mois plus tard, il a étudié et réussi l'examen du Guide Touristique du Département des Affaires des Consommateurs de NYC et réussi avec un score exemplaire (120+ bonnes réponses sur un total de 150). Il a commencé à travailler comme guide sur ces bus dans des conditions qui n'étaient pas optimales. C'était un sentiment formidable de pouvoir partager la Passion avec les visiteurs, mais la routine était quotidienne et trop limitée. NYC est beaucoup plus grande et l'élément Fun n'était pas toujours présent en raison de facteurs indépendants de sa volonté. Les gens méritent plus d'un guide et de toute compagnie de voyage. Il a quitté en 2011 et a commencé avec Scratch All New York Fun Tours avec un slogan inspiré d'une citation qu'un client lui a dit: "Ce que j'ai aimé le plus chez vous après avoir fait beaucoup de tournées avec d'autres c'est que vous avez fait un tour, et ce n'était rien comme des funérailles, j'adore ça " Nous savons qu'ils sont de grandes entreprises, avec des offres uniques et incroyables, et nous vous les recommandons chaque fois que ce qu'ils offrent est ce dont vous avez besoin, cependant si vous voulez aimer tout ce que feriez en tournée, nous ne vous laisserons pas tomber.
